Who we are

Outer East Garage Door Help is a referral and information service that publishes local guides about garage door repairs in Melbourne's outer east. We are setting up a referral to an independent local technician; bookings are not open yet.

What we collect today

This website is static HTML. At present we do not:

• offer a contact form or callback form
• publish a phone number
• use cookies or advertising trackers
• run analytics (including Cloudflare Web Analytics)

Visiting these pages does not send us your name, phone number or enquiry details. Your browser may still send standard technical data (such as IP address and user-agent) to the hosting provider that serves the site; we do not use that for marketing.

When bookings open

When we add a phone number or form so you can ask for a technician, this policy will be updated to explain what we collect, why, who we share it with (the independent technician handling your enquiry), how long we keep it, and how to access or correct it. We will not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Access, correction and complaints

Because we are not collecting personal enquiry details through this site yet, there is nothing for us to correct or delete from a form or call. If you have a privacy complaint about this site, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
